I am CEO and CoFounder of the Ellis Family Cambodian Fund. I raise monies to help Khmer children to better their future and their families, I also volunteered my time to teach English at BFOK school in Siem Reap.
I recently moved back to Cambodia after finishing my job Mt Baw Baw as Chef and assistant food and beverage manager. I have working experience in management in the hospitality industry, security industry and in sales. My experience offers over years of experience in leadership roles within Owning hotels, complex operations, supervising diverse teams and managing challenging programs, assignments and sales within the company. Demonstrated skills dealing with a diverse range of clients and customer service e.g. Consulates, government departments and Australian customs and border protection.
