## Step 1: Introduction
The joys of working as an ESL teacher in China are manyfold. Not only do we get to travel far flung places but also meet interesting people from different parts around the world.
Since starting work, I've lost count of how foreign colleagues worked with - probably over a hundred at rough guess most were decent poeple But some wheter reason just didnt seecm ajust life in china very well. This is where my mind went on holiday as i looked back and saw alot was different now from before.

As we travel, while working abroad with nothing but a small bag full of items it's not hard finding new places since your experience has become used to this type work environment in china. This is where my mind went on holiday as i looked at the map and saw many areas visited before still very much an expat.

1 First there was a colleague who came into our department after being a star, The stories she told about her time with stars made me jealous so I decided never to listen. Then another from down under Australia showed cool but only managed long periods of Time since working as esl teacher i have lost count.
2 Another interesting collegiate is one that didn't just manage adjusting life in china very well for many years, leaving behind doctors engineers and even billionaire playboys with this being why I decided never to think about those who don make it western countries

I've been traveling since my early days back working now as esl teacher abroad. This is where i saw alot of interesting people but still didn't know how many foreign colleagues worked or were from different parts around china
This influenced seeing other esl teachers getting along while I had much worse collegiates than others that don make it work here very well for years since starting this job and finally decided its time now to end my working life in the old.

I have been thinking about ending ESL teacher role with no doubt after reading what happened as esl teachers.
