Beijing Kindergarten **Homeroom Teacher**

**Location:** Weifang City, Shandong Province

**Requirements:**

- Native English speaker
- Experienced in teaching English in a kindergarten
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment

**Responsibilities:**

- Teach English to children aged 3-6 years
- Implement the kindergarten's curriculum and instruction plan
- Monitor children's behavior and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons
- Address children's needs and concerns
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
- Keep track of children's progress and performance
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and parent-teacher associations
- Participate in professional development activities and workshops
- Keep up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent
